I love to cook with seasonal food, sourcing local ingredients wherever possible and creating dishes that are vibrant, innovative and full of flavour. Spending time in L'Ortolan's Michelin Star kitchen with Alan Murchison and his amazing team of chefs not only taught me new skills, techniques and processes but also helped me learn how to present dishes beautifully so that they look as stunning as they taste. My dishes are innovative and creative, but flavour always comes first.

Having been put in some fairly unusual situations by the BBC I am just as confident cooking on a trestle table in a field as in a professional kitchen. I can help with hiring cutlery, plates and glasses as well as any necessary equipment and work with you to develop creative decorative ideas. I can also provide professional and charming staff.
